by Carol Day. Hobble Creek Elementary students discovered that it pays to read. Top readers won prizes and names were drawn to shoot baskets for cash. The school read 30,040 minutes, which is 6400 minutes over the school goal.

by Carol Day. Hobble Creek Elementary School’s sixth grade students made instruments from card board, PVC, buckets, and more as part of their science unit on acoustics. The students then created a band with their instruments, composed a song, wrote lyrics and performed their songs in a Battle of the Bands.

by Carol Day. Fifth grade students at Hobble Creek Elementary became wax figures on Friday, February 22. The students portrayed famous Americans. The museum was organized by states filling up the fifth grade class rooms and the book fair commons. Each student exhibit had a push uotton that prompted an introduction of the famous American.
