Mapleton Christmas Concerts

Mapleton is blessed with great musical talent. Each year, community groups put on incredible Christmas concerts, many of them free.

The Mapleton Chorale will perform this Sunday, December 12, at 7:oo in Spanish Fork (989 S 2250 E). The Mapleton Chorale is a high-level performing group, and their Christmas concerts are always lovely.

Maple Mountain High School, in its second year, already has incredible choral programs. Don’t miss the second annual “Carols and Confections” at the high school on Friday, December 19, at 7:00. For ages 5 and up, admission is $10 and well worth it!

If you want to attend a truly charming performance, take in a Christmas concert at an Elementary school. Mapleton generally has an elementary school Christmas concert put on by 5th and 6th graders who participate in an early morning choral program at either Mapleton Elementary or Hobble Creek Elementary (in the past, it has rotated between the two). The childrens’ concerts are delightful.

Don’t forget Mapleton Junior High School, either. MJHS typically has a band and orchestra Christmas concert, as well as a choral concert.
